Specialization I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases of single-family residences and new construction within the towns of Brighton, Penfield, Perinton, Pittsford, Fairport, Webster, Henrietta, and Irondequoit. Also, Chili, Gates, Greece, Hilton, Parma, Ogden, Rochester and Spencerport. Personal I'm a Rochester native having been born and raised in the local area. I am a past Eastman Kodak employee and accepted a buyout in 1989. My husband is retired from Eastman Kodak. Our son John Penkin is a graduate of SUNY Brockport and is employed by local company PAYCHEX. Michael is a Senior at Alfred University. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with the family, attending all of Michael's sporting events, reading, woodworking and decorative painting. My husband and I have booth space at the Craft Antique Co-Op in Greece. As I like to say, I know where my clients are coming from because I've been there! |
